Punch and Closeout
It is not the clients job to identify punch items in the work. Throughout the building process, Bradford Builders works with the owner to establish the quality standards. Bradford Builders is responsible to deliver completed units. Our Acceptance Walks of units are a breath of fresh air for clients who will not have to manage laborious lists of deficiencies they have been accustomed to with other builders.
